THE FILL YOUR CUP METHOD™

A simple biological way to measure whether a human system is operating from depletion or overflow.

THE FILL YOUR CUP METHOD™

Capacity Mapping for the 12 Medicines™

A simple biological way to measure whether a human system is operating from depletion or overflow.

What the Fill Your Cup Method™ Actually Is

The Fill Your Cup Method™ is a structural arrangement of the 12 Medicines™ into a single capacity container — the Wellbeing Cup.

It answers one question only:

How full is your biological capacity right now — and what does that allow or prohibit?

It does not evaluate morality, discipline, or worth.
It measures available life energy.

The Wellbeing Cup Model

  • Each of the 12 Medicines™ is assessed on a 0–10 scale
  • Scores are aggregated into a single percentage
  • That percentage represents current capacity for life, work, service, and creation

This is a systems check, not a self-judgment.

Empty / Critical0–49%🔴 Red ZoneDepletion

Overflow85–100%🔵 Blue ZoneAbundance

These zones determine what is biologically possible — not what is desirable.

THE FOUR ZONES OF WELLBEING

(Capacity → Creation Law)

🔴 RED ZONE — Depletion (<50%)

State: Empty Cup
Biology: Dysregulated, energy-deficient
Nervous System: Survival-driven

Characteristics:

  • Chronic fatigue
  • Emotional reactivity or numbness
  • Brain fog
  • Collapsing motivation

Creation Capacity: ❌ None
Co-Creation Capacity: ❌ None

Any attempt to serve, lead, or create here is self-harm disguised as responsibility.

Only valid action: Restoration.

🟠 AMBER ZONE — Survival (50–69%)

State: Partially Filled Cup
Biology: Stabilising but fragile
Nervous System: Hypervigilant or compensating

Characteristics:

  • Functioning but strained
  • Short recovery windows
  • Inconsistent clarity

Creation Capacity: ⚠️ Limited
Co-Creation Capacity: ❌ Not sustainable

You can manage life here — but not expand it.

Primary risk: overreaching.

🟢 GREEN ZONE — Capacity (70–84%)

State: Adequately Filled Cup
Biology: Regulated and resilient
Nervous System: Flexible

Characteristics:

  • Stable energy
  • Emotional range
  • Clear thinking
  • Predictable recovery

Creation Capacity: ✅ Yes
Co-Creation Capacity: ⚠️ Selective

This is the minimum viable state for meaningful work and service.

🔵 BLUE ZONE — Overflow (85–100%)

State: Full Cup
Biology: Coherent and abundant
Nervous System: Regulated + expansive

Characteristics:

  • Surplus energy
  • Creativity without force
  • Natural generosity
  • Long recovery margins

Creation Capacity: ✅✅ High
Co-Creation Capacity: ✅✅ High

This is where leadership, innovation, and healing emerge naturally.

Overflow is not excess.
It is resilience with margin.

Core Law of the Fill Your Cup Method™

Capacity determines creation.
Overflow determines co-creation.

Trying to:

  • lead from the Red Zone
  • serve from the Amber Zone
  • scale from the Green Zone

creates distortion, resentment, and eventual collapse.

How This Locks to the 12 Medicines™

  • The 12 Medicines™ define what fills the cup
  • The Fill Your Cup Method™ defines how full the cup is
  • The zones determine what actions are biologically permitted

You do not “push through” zones.
You restore inputs until the cup rises.
