 We have 3 types of leaders in the world

Intelligent leaders  – Need to focus on the power of the heart 

For presidents like George Bush. They will have a five minutes ritual of daily focus on the heart and allow nurtured emotions to be recalled back and felt. They’re happy memories so that their hearts will blossom and prosper. 

Heart spaced leaders – Need to focus on the power of the mind 

For people who are not  so mentally focused, like Mother Teresa, they need to focus on the point between the eyebrows and concentrate for five minutes and allow the mind to clear up and unfold new ideas. This will bring downloads of new principles to guide one’s life called the virtues or philosophy. So they will focus between the eyebrows for five minutes daily for a few weeks, they will start to develop a clear mind and then the vision that might lead them to the new, meaningful purpose in their life will also appear and unfold. 

Soulful leaders – Need to focus on the crown chakra

For people who want to develop intuition, the souls connection to the universal energy is  on the top of the head. When people focus on the top of the head every day for five minutes, they will develop a high level of intuition that will allow them to see far fetched applications of their lives. The WE beyond the individual ME’s. They will download spiritual wisdom, they will download the next steps of their purpose. They will also bring inspiration that stimulates their factor for joy, bliss, and serenity that does not get developed by just being with people.

3 techniques for daily self mastery & alignment

1. Naval or “diaphragmatic breathing”

Relearning how to breathe from the diaphragm is beneficial for everyone. Diaphragmatic breathing (also called “abdominal breathing” or “belly breathing”) encourages full oxygen exchange — that is, the beneficial trade of incoming oxygen for outgoing carbon dioxide. Not surprisingly, this type of breathing slows the heartbeat and can lower or stabilize blood pressure.

  • Place one hand on your upper chest and the other on your belly, just below your rib cage.
  • Breathe in slowly through your nose, letting the air in deeply, towards your lower belly. The hand on your chest should remain still, while the one on your belly should rise.
  • Tighten your abdominal muscles and let them fall inward as you exhale through pursed lips. The hand on your belly should move down to its original position.

You can also practice this sitting in a chair, with your knees bent and your shoulders, head, and neck relaxed. Practice for five to 10 minutes, several times a day if possible.

2. Synchronised breathing – Activate and clear the mind

Master shares that “There’s  ritual that I usually teach people, called synchronised breathing. It treats the power of the heart, and the mind. It will only happen when you first clear your energy before you activate the power or the heart or the mind. 

 How to do this?  inhale upward your nose rapidly. This is your breath to clear up your mind and your brain and simply exhale through the mouth with the chin in so that the energy and toxicity from your lungs, from your aura will release like in yoga.

In yoga, they do a lot of breathing because they clear up their consciousness. Breathing districts the mind. Have you ever tried to think about anything else whilst focusing on your breath. It’s almost impossible. Which makes breathing techniques like this a simple strategy for clearing the mind, hyper oxygenating the body and waking up every healing and regenerative cell from within.  

 So I would teach people this very simple without having to get educated in yoga meditation, just simply ritual that it will work and really work for you.

 – Inhale to nose rapidly, 

– Excel through the mouth, 

– Inhale up through the nose for 3-5 seconds

– Exhale, dropping the chin down. Pushing all the air out.

If you do this repeatedly for 15 times and three sets of that, you will have a very clear mind, very stable emotions, a high energy in your brain. Your neuron’s will be so active that you can think of solutions without having to try hard to think. 

3. Centring Meditation – Silent activation of the heart, the mind and the spirit

 Now, the interval, which requires one minute concentration is to;

– Press the centre of your chest, awaken your heart,

– Press the, between the eyebrows to awaken your mind,

– Press the top of head to awaken your spiritual power and your connection to the soul 

Then close your eyes and concentrate on those three points called the chakras. We stimulate your three levels of intelligence; emotional intelligence on the heart, mental, the eyebrows, spiritual intelligence on the top of the head.

 When you concentrate on those three points simultaneously and train your mind to rivet your attention there without deviating or drifting away, you will also train yourself to be aligned and serene and really powerful internally.

You become so centred that nothing can disturb you. 

 This is the intention of “meditation”. Now, meditation can be done by thinking concentrating or by being aware. This one is meditation with concentration to master your ability to develop the different levels of intelligence, and then you own them. 

 Then you can use this presence for your work, your family, or anything. 

 – For one minute, you focus on the three and then you breathe slowly and relax pressing each spot in sequence. Cantering your heart with your mind and your souls expansion.

And when your mind drifts away, you’re returned back to the three points until you train your mind to be disciplined. 

After that, you do one minute of synchronised breathing again. Followed by one minute of silence and alignment. Do this at least three times in the morning before you eat or after a shower.

Your mind, your heart, your spiritual energy will be so aligned that nothing can really, really disperse your mind. Nothing can disturb your emotions. Nothing can shift you from that balance, which we need to navigate our next best normal. 

Daily Action – Create your new next best normal 

 I think the next best normal is when you equip yourself with the tools for you to not be rattled by situations, to be calm despite of crisis, to be able to see clearly what you need to do for yourself and others. This is the tool for the next best normal, that will challenge today’s world and people. But it is necessary, try these techniques and let us know the result.
