2020 in review: Was it a pandemic? Mass Hysteria? Or a global realignment?

One planet, one human race, one integrated earth biome

Let’s all do our best to live by the Golden Rule; it encompasses the empathic essence of morality.

Irrespective of the belief systems that have been geographically, socially or culturally constructed for us, and not necessarily by us. We can all agree on this golden rule “treat others (humans, animals, nature) how you want to be treated · Do unto others as you would have them do unto you”. Every religious doctrine agrees on this golden rule. Every society attempts to embody this. Every conscious enterprise has this in its vision and mission statement in one form of words or another.

We can all agree on this. Let’s focus on what connects us, not what separates us.

Genetically you and I are 99.5% the same. We can focus on the 0.5% that makes us unique (height, skin tone, eye colour, gender etc,) or we can celebrate our uniqueness and the common ground we all share.

I’m reminded that pigs share 99% of the same universal building blocks as we do. Even a banana shares 70% the same universal building blocks as me! The point is, we have never been separate.

The third world war is a war of consciousness. We need to stand against any media or propaganda that attempts to divide and separate
us. Let’s dissolve the illusion of separation and create a new mental construct for where we are going together as one.

We all want to be happy, healthy and connected.

We can all agree on this.

Before we start, does anyone recognise this picture and its significance?

In 2020 we seem to be captivated by numbers, data and science.

So let’s speak in terms that you already know and are tuned into for the point of this post.

You say what about the 2 million?
I say what about the 17 million?

You say, what about the 2 million
I say, what about the 150 million?

You say, what about the 2 million?
I say what about the 790 million?

You say what about the 2 million?
I say, what about the 1 billion?

You say, what about the 2 million?
I say what about the 4 billion?

You say what about the 2 million?
I say what about the 6 billion?

You say what about the 1%?
I say what about the 99%?

You say what about the 6000 years?
I say what about the 4.5 billion years?

What about the 600 years?
What about the 100,000 + years?

You say, but what about the 6000 years?
I say, what about the 13.8 billion years?

You say what about the 1%
I say what about the 99%

You say what about the 1?
I say what about the 380 trillion?

You say what about my family, friends and community?
I say what about mine? what about theirs?

You say what about the 65?
I say what about the 23?

“we’re all human, aren’t we? Every human life is worth the same, and worth saving”

What do these numbers mean? We will let you decide the meaning.

The 2 million refers to the apparent “covid related” deaths at the end of 2020. Let’s take a minute to celebrate every life. Every life is equally valuable.

The 17 million refers to the number of people dying each year from infectious disease. Nearly 50,000 men, women and children are dying every day from infectious diseases; many of these diseases could be prevented or cured for as little as a single dollar per head.

The 150million refers to the extra 2% (on top of the previous 7%) of humanity that was pushed into extreme poverty in 2020

The 790 million refers to the 1 in 10 that are currently living with the burden of mental
health challenges, strongly linked with isolation and disconnection.

The 1 billion refers to the 1 in 8 people that will go to bed hungry tonight, and tomorrow night 2020/2021

The 4 billion refers to the 1 in 2 people that are currently living with a chronic preventable disease in 2020

The 6 billion refers to 7 in 10 people that we love and care for, who are having their quality of life reduced and length of life halved. The Good news is that we can change that; “The simple fact is that most of what lands people in hospital beds is preventable. We have known how to prevent roughly 80% of all chronic disease and premature deaths for decades.” Dr D Katz

The 1 % refers to the number of living species that have survived over the last 500 million years

The 99% refers to the 99 per cent of all organisms that have ever lived on Earth are extinct. Where humanity (you, me, we) has wiped out 60% of mammals, birds, fish and reptiles since 1970, leading the world’s foremost experts to warn that the annihilation of wildlife is now an emergency that threatens civilisation.

The 6000 years refers to the origins of modern medicine as we know it

The 100,000 years refers to the embedded and ancient wisdom from the worlds oldest and still living human civilisations.

The 4.5 billion years refers to the approximate age (=/- 50million years) of this planet and billions of years of natures innate wisdom

The 13.8 billion years refers to the approximate age of our universe

The 1% refers to the extent that we know (or think we know) about viral diversity and its role in human health

The 99% refers to the virome and diversity that we are yet to understand

The 1, refers to the virus you are all captivated and fearful of right now. Something that has been present in our minds since the 1920’s and even more recently in 1960.

The 380 trillion refers to the estimated number of total viruses living in and on us

The 65 refers to the elderly home in Norway where its residents were given the “vaccine” to protect the vulnerable

The 23 refers to the 23 elderly people in that same home that died weeks later after the injection.

We have lost the essence of what it means to be human

When we fight against ourselves, we all lose.

“The moment we stop fighting for each other, that’s the moment we lose our humanity.”

Chiwetel Ejiofor’s character ‘Adrian Helmsley’

Our concious reality is simply a perception in our mind

Mahatma Gandhi once eloquently shared that “Your beliefs become your thoughts, Your thoughts become your words, Your words become your actions, Your actions become your habits, Your habits become your values, Your values become your destiny.”

Which suggests that if we change our core underlying belief to the golden rule, we can be open to new ways of thinking and being.

This includes how we act and react in social spaces. How we facilitate dialogue and respond to all vibrations of thought.

To summarise the solution for humanity, I thought that Dr Jane Goodall would be a good point of reference.

At the world peace conference, she reflected on her life experiences and cast a vision for the future of humanity as a whole. She said:

“Every individual matters. Every life matters. Every individual has a role to play. Every individual makes a difference.”

Also that “The greatest danger to our future is apathy”, wilful ignorance and unconscious incompetence.

“Only if we understand, will we care. Only if we care, will we help. Only if we help shall all be saved.”

“We have so far to go to realize our human potential for compassion, altruism, and love.”

Her share is a reminder that we are feeling beings that think.

So what is our human potential? She finished by saying that “I think empathy is really important, and I think only when our clever brain and our human heart work together in harmony can we achieve our full potential. What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make.

Was the 2020 contagion hypothesis wrong?

“Our concious reality is simply a perception in our mind; which means that if we can change how we think and what we believe to be true. Then We can change our inner world and thus our external reality. Not just for you, but for everyone”

What was your perception of reality in 2020? What narrative did you subscribe too?

At the start of 2020 a hypothesis “a theory” came out. The contagion theory & flattening the curve with lockdowns was the solution of choice. You may remember that video floating around from 2014, where Bill Gates (not a microbiologist) subliminally released a tedx talk that the world was not ready for a virus outbreak. 2020 he came to the rescue with WHO and the vaccine agenda.

You may have remembered graphs like this?

covid.png

Create your own inferences, but if belief changes biology and we can bring the Jetson’s cartoons to life with iPads and hover boards from the back to the future movie are now a reality. Then just imagine what people believing in this narrative could do? Surely it wouldn’t create mass psychogenic illness when the next “bug” or contagious pathogen that naturally (or bio engineered with human interference) created itself. Perhaps in did originate in the wuhan lab which was subject ti usa funding? But hey, we will never know?

You might also remember solutions and models like this promoting isolation, disconnection, cessation of education and even work. Not to mention masks and social distancing

covid 5.png

Maybe my mum was wiser than her years. She always told me “The people that sell the fear, sell you the solution”

The death rates based on PIBA were used to predict the daily numbers of deaths since the week of February 25, 2020, in China overall, Hubei province, Wuhan city, and the rest of the country except Hubei province. The death rate of COVID-19 ranges from 0.75% to 3% and may decrease in the future.

The early “calculations based on the C.D.C.’s scenarios suggested, 2.4 million to 21 million people in the United States could require hospitalisation, potentially crushing the nation’s medical system, which has only about 925,000 staffed hospital beds. Fewer than a tenth of those are for people who are critically ill”

“They variously assume that each person with the coronavirus would infect either two or three people; that the hospitalisation rate would be either 3 per cent or 12; and that either 1 per cent or a quarter of a per cent of people experiencing symptoms would die. Those assumptions are based on what is known so far about how the virus has behaved in other contexts, including in China”.

As 2020 came to an end an estimated “250 million people” have been infected worldwide, and with 1.75-2 million “Covid related deaths”. However, with low reliability, validity and interpretation of COVID tests mean that It is hard for doctors to classify whether the death was from underlying pathologies. Not to mention people testing positive one day and negative the next. Add in the coca-cola testing positive and the goat/pawpaw in Africa and we have a big bowl of unknowns.

You also might remember the graph about “flattening the curve”.

When combined these 3 graphs made sense.

  1. Graph 1 – Curve is going up exponentially
  2. Graph 2 – It will continue to go up if you don’t do xyz
  3. Graph 3 – We have to do this because our passive healthcare systems can’t cope.
flatten 3.jpg

No where in this narrative were you reminded that you have never needed to fixed.

People were condemned publicly for suggesting solutions to boost natural immunity. Even to the point where the hashtag #naturalimmunity was removed from social channels and “fact-checked” against the free will of the #covid agenda.

Nowhere were you reminded of your bodies innate wisdom to heal, regenerate and be resilient.

Where were these stories?

The media forgot to remind you that you don’t need to be fixed. You are resilient beyond words

I’m happy to be that bias in your world.

For Lily’s sake. Don’t let history repeat itself.

“The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good people to stand by and do nothing” Edmund Burke

It doesn’t add up, so rise up together.

Will the media be held accountable for the mass hysteria they created in 2020?

As for the puppeteers of the 2020 narrative. We see you.

tanks good news

Will the media be held accountable for the Mass Psycogenic illness they perpetuated in 2020?

For those that don’t know; Mass psychogenic illness (MPI), also called mass sociogenic illness, mass psychogenic disorder, epidemic hysteria, or mass hysteria, is the rapid spread of illness signs and symptoms affecting members of a cohesive group, originating from a nervous system disturbance involving excitation, loss, or alteration of function, whereby physical complaints that are exhibited unconsciously have no corresponding organic aetiology.

If belief changes biology and our thoughts can change the way our genes epigenetically express themselves. It suggests that if someone “truly believed” in the hysteria and fear of the situation. Even if the external reality didn’t match the narrative in their mind. That a person could think and believe themselves “sick”. What an interesting and fulfilling prophecy.

But surely, this is just a conspiracy theory. No one would use this for their own self-gain or control? Depends… What do you believe to be true? Stay curious.

Australia, the country where more people lived than died in the 2020 pandemic!

In Australia, more people lived than died. Their total excess death toll went down in 2020. Even with a small increase in population size.

Simply speaking, A does not equal B, but when we step back for a minute and look at the bigger picture. There doesn’t seem to be a lot to fear. Despite what the media is programmed to tell us.

ABC.png

Before you celebrate your own reasoning and cognitive bias.
Yes, Australia is an island
Yes, They have a small and widely distributed population
Yes, They had extreme measures

However, what would have been the numbers with no tyrannical intervention?

I guess we will never know.

Have you heard of the placebo effect?

It shares how your mind can be a powerful healing tool when given the chance. The idea that your brain can convince your body a fake treatment is the real thing — the so-called placebo effect — and thus stimulate healing has been around for millennia. Now science has found that under the right circumstances, a placebo can be just as effective as traditional treatments.

“The placebo effect is more than positive thinking — believing a treatment or procedure will work. It’s about creating a stronger connection between the brain and body and how they work together,” says Professor Ted Kaptchuk of Harvard-affiliated Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, whose research focuses on the placebo effect.

Placebos won’t lower your cholesterol or shrink a tumor. Instead, placebos work on symptoms modulated by the brain, like the perception of pain. “Placebos may make you feel better, but they will not cure you,” says Kaptchuk. “They have been shown to be most effective for conditions like pain management, stress-related insomnia, and cancer treatment side effects like fatigue and nausea.”

Another reminder that if you believe the intervention worked, then you will fight to support that belief.

What if we look at the world as a whole for 2020?

The 2020 truth according to our world in data as we enter 2021, is something completely different to what was predicted? Is that our measures were magnificent? Perhaps they were right that COVID existed? But as to its effect? Or is it that the “experts” were wrong in their predictions?

Well, we all know an expert will never admit that they were wrong. That would require honesty, transparency and radical responsibility. I’m not sure that humanity is ready for this level of consciousness yet?

Everyone seems to be focused on death, mortality and the unknown.

However, whilst we have been taught to fear death and the unknown. Here is what has really happened over the last 20 years including 2020.

Imagine if the media showed a graph going down!

global.jpg

In 2000 the average deaths per 1000 people was 8.5

Notice that It continues to drop in the following 20 years to 7 in every 1000 people.

This is a small celebration for humanity, the frontline workers and everyone in the community working to keep people out of hospitals.

Also notice, that unlike the graphs above. In 2020, there was no spikes in overall deaths. Which is weird considering it was a pandemic?

So I ask you; Was 2020 a pandemic? or a year of mass hysteria and mass psychogenic illness perpetuated by the media and our own cognitive biases?

Always remember that our mind is primed for survival. As such we have a 3:1 negative bias in our mind. Which means that we are primed to look for threats in our environment. Media platforms have learnt to use this to catch our attention, sell papers and generate clickbait to increase views on their platform. It’s an unfortunate truth, but we all know it to be true.

Consider how many good news stories you see each day? I imagine a world where we all tuned into platforms like Tanks Good News which shares all the good happening in the world. Like this one from Greta Thunberg who declined the award saying that ‘The climate doesn’t need awards‘:The Swedish climate activist Greta Thunberg has refused to accept an environmental award, saying the climate movement needed people in power to start to “listen” to “science” and not awards.

So why didn’t death tolls spike to the levels we saw in 2000? Is it amazing lockdowns? government policies? vaccines?

Well, the vaccines won’t roll out in 2021, so it will be interesting to see the economic, biological and social effects of 2020.

The vaccinations will not be associated with 2020 numbers.

Now, before we celebrate the lockdowns as the narrative that people want to celebrate. Lets consider the next 5 years and beyond. For every action with good intentions, there is an equal and opposite reaction.

What about the Vaccine to save humanity ?

Contrary to popular belief. Vaccines and human intervention has not cured anything, nature and our innate wisdom has.

Modern medicine has played a role in supporting our bodies innate wisdom. Did you know? that without conscious control your amazing human vessel replaces over 50 million cells every second! Your first breath was a 1 in 4 trillion chance. What a miracle we all are.

Perhaps Voltaire’s words were right. Medicines intention isn’t to replace natures wisdom, but to support it.

“The art of medicine consists in amusing the patient, while nature cures the disease”.

John F Kennedy Junior has continued his fathers legacy by standing up for truth and connection. He recently shared this. We all love graphs. So let me know what you feel about our modern interventions after reading this. An alternate perspective to challenge your beliefs around health; For dialogue.

image.jpg

To understand where our beliefs have been hijacked around modern intervention “saving us”. You may want to remain curious and look into the birth of the pharmaceutical industry and John D Rockefeller. (see below).

With all the patents going around in the bio-tech race for profits in the pandemic. Consider this;

“Patent law classifies physical phenomena as products of nature. Thus, if your invention occurs in nature, it is a physical phenomenon and cannot be patented.”

So ask yourself why Pfizer and Moderna have patents for the current vaccine. If they have a patent, it means that it must not be from nature. It begs the question, Are we trying to play god with synthetic variants and questioning later, what role these chemical compounds will have on our health later? We know how this went down with cigarettes that were once promoted by doctors and the current sugar epidemic killing our children slowly.

An important piece of information to note is that that these vaccines were patented long before the 2020 pandemic. Moderna patented their first corona vaccine in January of 2018. Pfizer patented their first Again, just another curious question for you to consider. Did they predict this or create this?

Also, consider the TESTING protocol. The inventor of the PCR test and Nobel prize-winning Laureate Dr Kary B Mullis shared that the test can “Find almost anything in anybody, it starts making you believe in the Buddhist notion that everything is contained in everything else. Right?”. Which means that if we look hard enough, everyone would be positive.

However, just because something is present “positive” in the human body does not mean that it’s meaningful.

Simply speaking, the presence of a virus indicated by a positive PCR test, does not mean causality for harm or disease.
“The human body is made up of trillions of cells. humans are also not entirely, well, human. Some of these cells are our own and form our organs, muscles and bones, but a surprising number of them are bacteria. All in all, we are host to millions of bacteria, particularly in the gut.”

He summarised that the gold standard PCR test” “Doesn’t tell you that you’re sick, and it doesn’t tell you that the thing you ended up with really was going to hurt you or anything like that. It’s the application that matters.”

Which means that it is our human interpretation of what positive means that really matters. Now connect this with the media hysteria and mass psychogenic illness we have all been part of.

If you understand the belief changes biology, then you will understand that if you believe what the media interpret to be true with graphs and numbers. Then your biology will change and you may create your own self-fulfilling prophecy. Which means that yes, our thoughts can change our DNA and our epigenetic expression of who we are and who we become.
Edward Tufte – Beautiful Evidence shares that “Analytical presentations (of the evidence) ultimately stand or fall depending on the quality, relevance, and integrity of their content.”.. Stay curious and ask yourself? Where is the data coming from, who is interpreting the data and how are they sharing it? Turn off your social media for a week, turn off the news and notice the world around you.

Notice how your thoughts change when you are not being bombarded by fear and hysteria each day.
To understand what is really influencing your health and wellbeing in 2020, 2021 and beyond tune into Dr Bruce Lipton.

What Is Stress And Fear Doing To Our Immune Systems? With Dr. Bruce Lipton (watch later!)

My mum always said to me “the same people that sell the fear, are the same people that will turn around and sell you the silver bullet solution”. I’m starting to realise that her wisdom is something special I wish i would have listened earlier.
Lastly ask yourself why we are now conforming to vaccination passports that determine whether we can spend time with friends, work and even travel. They determine whether we remain isolated, prisons in our own home. Or whether we cna move freely.

One thing is clear, nature, human connection and living a life of purpose is consistent with longevity. Isolation and disconnection are not. Feel free to explore longevity hotspots and global blue zones to find the solutions you truly seek.
It is about control, but no one wants to believe that they are being controlled. We all want to believe in the illusion of free will.

The next 2-5 years?

Why might we see a slight increase in mortality after 2020?

I wonder what role unemployment and economic crisis will play?

In early 2020 I shared that the “pandemic” wont just be a biological challenge, it will be social and economical.

“According to one study by Bluestone et al., a 1 per cent increase in the unemployment rate will be associated with 37,000 deaths (including 20,000 heart attacks), 920 suicides, 650 homicides, 4,000 state mental hospital admissions and 3,300 state prison admissions.”

M. Harvey Brenner, PhD, has conducted numerous studies focused on the relationship between economic well-being and community health.

Dr. Brenner is quoted as stating that the figure of 40,000 U.S. deaths for every 1% rise in unemployment is still a “good rule of thumb.” This statement is based on his work dating back to the 1970s. In a 1979 hearing before the Joint Economic Committee of the U.S. Congress, Dr. Brenner noted that a 1% increase in unemployment is related to a 2% increase in total U.S. mortality. Added mortality follows behind increased unemployment over a 2-5 year time lag.

An underlying factor behind employment-related mortality is the stress resulting from unemployment. This stress manifests itself psychologically in outcomes that have been cited to range from depression to human violence including indicators as for suicide and homicide. Economic stressors include loss of income, poverty and economic inequality. Medical implications range from changes in diet and exercise to mortality as with heart disease and stroke.

So what does that mean for the 100,000 small businesses that closed in the USA during 2020? What role does fear, mass hysteria and stress play on our families health and wellbeing? More than we can ever measure in data.

But what does unemployment mean? It is a question that appears easy to answer, at least superficially. Not being able to afford rent, to get an education or visit a doctor, to care for yourself and your family: unemployment, we know, has many ramifications. However, translating each individual situation into data, and data into policies that can improve the situation of millions of individuals, is remarkably arduous. While experts agree that the jobless rate represents the percentage share of the labor force out of work, and that high unemployment ratios can threaten growth and social cohesion, they often disagree when it comes to measuring joblessness.

6 Factors that are really impacting a decline in global health and wellbeing

  1. Stress, fear and mass psychogenic illness
  2. Unemployment
  3. Isolation and mental health burden
  4. Social disconnection
  5. Non-communicable disease burden (lifestyle-related)
  6. Communicable disease (infections etc.)

So now what? How can we promote health, happiness and connection in a new narrative for humanity?

Ok, so what is the significance of the photo that I shared at the start?

Let me introduce you to Piers Sellars to explain. This is a picture of him sitting in the international space station watching the amazon forest pass between his feet. There is something special in this perspective that we can all take away and embody into our lives today.

He too believed in “The role of science to make a brighter future for all of humanity”.. Providing that it was founded in nature and human connection.

In a recent report Bolden said Sellers “was a strident defender and eloquent spokesperson for our home planet, Earth”.
“Spacewalker and scientist, free thinker and friend to our planet, and all who seek new knowledge – to say he will be missed would be a gross understatement,” he said.

Originally from Crowborough in East Sussex, the University of Leeds and Edinburgh graduate gained American citizenship to fulfil a childhood dream of flying into space.

“When I was a kid, I watched the Apollo launches from across the ocean, and I thought Nasa was the holy mountain,” Sellers said earlier this year when Bolden presented him with the Distinguished Service Medal, the agency’s highest honour. “As soon as I could, I came over here to see if I could climb that mountain.”

“As an astronaut, I spacewalked 220 miles [354km] above the Earth,” Sellers wrote in his op-ed. “Floating alongside the International Space Station, I watched hurricanes cartwheel across oceans, the Amazon snake its way to the sea through a brilliant green carpet of forest, and gigantic night-time thunderstorms flash and flare for hundreds of miles along the equator.

“From this God’s-eye view, I saw how fragile and infinitely precious the Earth is. I’m hopeful for its future.”
Pier’s had his moment of clarity when he sat in the international space station.

As he sat there looking down at the earth. He noticed the amazon jungle pass between his feet. The lungs of the earth, our natural life support system. Something that produced over 20% of earth’s oxygen that we all consume. He reflected on the biodiversity of this ecosystem. It was home to over 3 million of the most diverse living species on the planet. However, from space, he could also see the destruction of the rainforest. It was visible from where he sat. It made him reflect on the role we as human beings were playing in the health of our planet, each other and the communities we lived in.
We were the problem.

At this moment he felt insignificant, yet significant at the same time.

From space he also noticed that there were;

  • No borders, no nations. No lines separating people
  • No religions, no differences in belief systems
  • No race differences
  • No political agendas or right-wing/left-wing parties.

He saw ONE beautiful and fragile blue planet
He saw ONE human race
He saw ONE nourishing ecosystem intricately connected with itself.

As he looked out to the stars around him. He was left in awe at all that he thought he knew.
He imagined what the world would be like if every child had the opportunity to see the earth from space? Perhaps in that moment the illusion of separation that“we” (yes we) have created over the centuries between people, nature, animals and the universe above would dissolve in an instant

“National boundaries are not evident when we view the Earth from space. Fanatical ethnic or religious or national chauvinisms are a little difficult to maintain when we see our planet as a fragile blue crescent fading to become an inconspicuous point of light against the bastion and citadel of the stars.”

Carl Sagan, Cosmos

Pier’s FINAL MESSAGE FOR HUMANITY

Piers was diagnosed with a rare pancreatic disease with less than 1% survival rate. He knew that his time on earth was coming to an end. Rather than waiting to die, he did something special. He created a living legacy that the generations of tomorrow could benefit from.

Sellers wrote that the best way he could imagine spending his final months was to continue working, despite knowing he would not live to see the worst of climate change or the harnessing of possible solutions.

“New technologies have a way of bettering our lives in ways we cannot anticipate,” Sellers wrote. “There is no convincing, demonstrated reason to believe that our evolving future will be worse than our present, assuming careful management of the challenges and risks. History is replete with examples of us humans getting out of tight spots.”

“His legacy will be one not only of urgency that the climate is warming but also of hope that we can yet improve humanity’s stewardship of this planet. His cancer diagnosis became a catalyst for him to work even harder on efforts to save the planet from global warming for the benefit of future generations.”

In his message, Sellers describes Earth as a “beautiful planet” and speaks about how the planet and the life it supports have evolved “to fit each other perfectly.” However, humanity’s clear and measurable impact on the climate has the potential to wreak “potentially disastrous” results. He calls for groups such as scientists, policymakers, and industrialists to work together towards the common goal of maintaining the Earth as “a planet that can continue to support life — including all of us.”
“There’s hope…I’m basically an optimistic person. I really do have faith in people. And I think once people come out of the fog of confusion on this issue and the uncertainty on this issue and realistically appreciate it on some level as a threat, and are informed on some level on what the best action is to do to deal with it, they’ll get on and do it and what seemed almost impossible to deal with becomes possible.

On propaganda

There are some people out there doing a first-class job of spreading disinformation and confusion. We have to deal with a negative propaganda machine that uses many of the same strategies as tobacco [companies]. But scientists should fight the clean fight and explain what uncertainty means. It doesn’t mean that nothing’s going to happen. It just means we’re not sure exactly—exactly—when or how it’s going to happen.

Say you’re standing on a railway track with your friend, and your friend says there’s a train coming. Judging by what you know and see, you say that it’s coming at you between 50 and 70 miles an hour, but you can’t tell exactly how fast it’s coming. Your friend isn’t going to say, “Well, that information’s so uncertain, I can’t act on it, and I’m going to wait until you tell me that it’s going 61 miles per hour before I do anything.”

In 20212 there is an info-demic: A war of consciousness. Stand up for what is right and wrong. Do your best to live by the golden rule.

Piers Seller’s 3 Solutions for humanity

Famous actor Leonardo DiCaprio sat down with Piers Sellers in a documentary called the last flood. Piers was an astronaut and NASA scientist who was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in late 2015. He dedicated his final years to science and the humanity of climate change. Here are THREE simple solutions he offers the future of humanity as Pier’s Sellars transitioned from his human form back to the natural world from where he came.

Solution 1 – “If we really want to reduce the human impact on the environment, the simplest and cheapest thing anyone can do is to eat less meat. Behind most of the joints of beef or chicken on our plates is a phenomenally wasteful, land- and energy-hungry system of farming that devastates forests, pollutes oceans, rivers, seas and air, depends on oil and coal and is significantly responsible for climate change.”

However, If you do eat meat, the most climate-friendly meats come from pigs and poultry, which account for only 10% of total livestock greenhouse-gas emissions while contributing more than three times as much meat globally as cattle. Pork and poultry are also more efficient for feed, requiring up to five times less feed to produce a kg of protein than a cow, a sheep or a goat. Also Fish!

Solution 2 – Promote Green energy; Model Iceland – they are the greenest country in the world according to the EPI (environmental performance index). Interestingly, Iceland is also among the happiest nations in the world.

Solution 3 – Take ownership of your local environment. Start local, then we can impact globally. Think global, act locally. Look after your front doorstep. Only then will we change the world, one community at a time.

I would add a fourth solution

Solution 4 – If the leaders of our financial system, the health care system and social systems lead us into another crisis or state of disharmony. Then we can model what Iceland did during the 2008 GFC. Rather than bailing out the banks at the expense of the people. They jailed the bankers and used their resources to fund small businesses and communities. We all need to take responsibility for the world we create today for future generations.
